Price

· All our prices are in NZD and include GST

Deliveries

· Because we sell Wild Venison, it can take up to 10 days to receive your Wild Venison Pack. We will confirm before payment is made what date to expect your delivery.

· If you haven’t received your Wild Venison Pack on the agreed day and time, please contact us as soon as possible via email or on 027 3350182 to let us know so we can track your order.

Rural deliveries

Unfortunately due to keeping the Venison pack chilled we cannot send to rural addresses, However if you can arrange pick up from a commercial address, petrol station or courier depot we are happy to send it there for you, please make sure you email us prior to ordering to let us know.

Product

· Our wild venison cuts are chilled except for the Venison Mince which is frozen.

· In the unlikely event that your Venison packs are damaged on arrival, we advise you either eat or freeze the venison as quickly as possible as the use by date will become invalid.

· The individual packs might slightly vary in weights but we guarantee the weight will always be over and not under.

· We want our customers to love our product, so in the event that you are not happy with our product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your venison pack and will do our best to sort it out for you. Please contact us on orders@awatoruwildfood.co.nz or call Maaike on 027 3350812.
